Hunter College: A day in the life.

I walk to school in the morning from the 63rd stop of the F Train.  It's roughly a seven minute walk from the station, walking past various stores and people.  Hunter is always in vision with it's awkward looking bridge between the buildings.

I buy my food on the way (breakfast, brunch, or lunch depending on the time of the day) from one of my favorite places, Alice's Tea Cup.  it's right in between of Hunter and the train station, a convenient place for buying something for quick relief of hunger.  Their scones are $3 each, and are amazing.  They have different flavors daily, all written down on the chalkboard in front of the store.  My school day doesn't start without an Alice's Tea Cup scone.  Their tea is also quite amazing, they have many differerent flavors and blends of organic tea.  Great for a wake up for an early class, especially the day after a long night of homework.

In school, I spend most of my time either in class, or up and down these escalators.  For whatever reason, at least one floor of the escalators are ALWAYS broken.  I don't think I've had a single day here without a broken escalator.  Depending on the time of the day, it is also very crowded.  I've crunched up all my classes right after each other to save time for work and hang outs later on in the day, so this become quite a problem.  But what will Hunter do without escalators?  I'd never get to class on time without them.
